Our class offerings include: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Energy Flow Vinyasa, Prana Yoga, Power Yoga and Yin/Yang. With a variety of classes and instructors, one can practice multiple times a week in a class that suits their needs that day. The convenient class pass system brings flexibility (literally!) to students’ lives. Walk-ins welcome if space.
Ayurveda means, “The science of life.” It is a union of the mind, body, senses and soul. The two goals of this practice is to keep the body in a state of health, free from disease and to show us how to use health as a basis of, or as a part of, a path to enlightenment. This form of medicine teaches us how to live in harmony with the basic laws of nature.

Join Emily Garbutt, RYT-500, for a renewing, beginning of spring practice. This workshops starts with 30 minutes of breaking down the astrological influences at play surrounding the change in seasons.
Following discussion Emily will guide participants through an accessible, yet dynamic 60 minute vinyasa flow class. Sequencing and postures are influenced by the energy of the zodiac sign, Aries, a take-charge, direct and bold, fire sign. This workshop is an energizing and refreshing way to welcome spring!
