Santosha Yoga and Ayurveda in Delafield offers holistic health counseling and affordable, enjoyable yoga for everyone. Our small size allows for more contact with the instructor and more range of abilities to be nurtured.
We offer an intimate, calming space that specializes in Ayurveda, yoga, breath, fitness and mindfulness. Nikki Estes, co-owner of Santosha, offers Ayurvedic consultations and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle practices and overall wellness.
In our humble studio, we strive to nurture each student at his/her own pace and ability, without ego. Our non-competitive attitude helps everyone to grow and succeed, finding “contentment in every moment,” or Santosha.
Our class offerings include: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Energy Flow Vinyasa, Prana Yoga, Power Yoga and Yin/Yang. With a variety of classes and instructors, one can practice multiple times a week in a class that suits their needs that day. The convenient class pass system brings flexibility (literally!) to students’ lives. Walk-ins welcome if space.
Each week, the studio has a theme that weaves through the classes, expanding each person’s practice and merging yoga off and on the mat. Upon leaving our classes, participants feel more centered, less stressed, connected to their bodies and minds, stronger and fulfilled.
FREE Intro to Yoga class
For those who have never done yoga, we offer a complimentary Intro to Yoga class twice a month. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 10:30 am. This class will help you feel comfortable entering a yoga class, as well as assist in the fundamentals of yoga postures.
