Candlelight Yoga

This restorative, Yin-based class surrounds you with calming candlelight and meditative stillness. Opening your body and mind, you will leave calmer and more present.

Chakra Flow

Connect breath and movement to find balance in your energy centers (Chakras) with this blissful slow flow class. Release and let go at the end of your day.

Gentle Yoga

This non-strenuous class is open to anyone looking for a more gentle and slow practice. Breath, alignment and stretching precedes a longer relaxation, or savasana, at the end. This will be a meditative, mindful practice perfect for de-stressing.

Relax and Renew: A perfect way to end your day.  Class begins with gentle and slow yoga poses to release tension and help you feel grounded.  From here we ease into restorative poses, connecting to the breath, and providing the opportunity for deeper relaxation. Restorative poses use props to support the body, encourage calmness within the central nervous system, and bring the body back into balance. Open to all levels of practice, but designed for relieving stress and fatigue.

Slow Flow

Deepen your practice as you explore how structural alignment and breath can create more freedom and stability in the body. This class combines flowing poses, strength-building postures and deep stretching. Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Appropriate for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Done almost exclusively on the floor, this class of long holds is the perfect compliment to the more muscular and dynamic (yang) styles of yoga. Yin yoga centers on the connective tissues (the fascia) of the pelvis, hips and lower spine while focusing on breath and calm. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minutes. Excellent for any person or level of experience as props are utilized. Dress in layers.

Energy Flow Yoga – Vinyasa

On the days you need some energy flow, this class is invigorating! A perfect blend combining the flowing style of Vinyasa yoga with the holding, alignment focused style of Iyengar yoga. An active class, it increases heat and energy flow through breath and movement and will also get to the juiciness of the poses by increasing stamina strength and deeper flexibility; holding and exploring proper alignment and form. Props are encouraged. The Energy Centers are focused upon to add deeper awareness. Must be familiar with basic yoga postures; however, it is a mixed-abilities level class.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Fun Flow

Start your weekend with this playful, yet challenging class. Breath, movement, music and awareness combine to leave you feeling energized and empowered. Some yoga experience recommended.

Power Flow

One breath, one pose is the basis of Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa guides you through sequences of asanas (poses) which are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. It gets you moving, breathing, and heated. The Power element adds spinal twists, long holds, focused abdominal work and arm balances. This class will improve flexibility, as well as sculpt, hone and tone the muscles of your body and your mind! Some experience required.

Power Yoga

This practice emphasizes building strength and endurance. Power will be explored through the ability to hold deep, challenging poses and transition or flow to the next. This strong, energetic, playful class places emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.

Warrior Yoga

This is a strong class, encouraging the inner warrior, designed to challenge body as well as mind. Strength, and poise come together. Perfect for athletes... and the weekend warrior. Men encouraged to attend.
