Our 200 Hour Teacher Training and
Advanced Studies Program
What does our program look like?
Our training program meets the Yoga Alliance standard of 180 contact hours and 20 no-contact hours. Our school goes above and beyond these standards, offering a total of 293 hours, including 15 additional hours of training in Ayurveda. This program meets one weekend a month for eleven months. Class will be held Fridays from 5:00 - 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sundays from 12:00 - 6:00 pm. Students will expand their knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, asana, teaching methods and Self. Yoga is an inward journey that lasts a lifetime. Let us guide you with knowledge, experience and compassion.
Why our program?
Our three instructors come from diverse backgrounds with their training and teaching experience. Nikki Estes, E-RYT, CAP, YACEP has taught for sixteen years and has been an Ayurvedic Practitioner for six. Scott Fisher, E-RYT has studied yoga in India, Thailand and Indonesia. He also holds a BA in Philosophy and and MFA in Law. Jill Follett, RYT has taught yoga for eleven years and holds a Master's Degree in Education. In addition to three knowledgeable instructors, here's what you can expect:
15 hours of Ayurvedic Study
In depth study of philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita
In depth study of energy anatomy and the 7 Chakras
In depth exploration of the Yamas & Niyamas and the 8 limbed path of yoga
Practical knowledge of pranayama, mudras, mantras and bandhas
Asana exploration of 75 poses, anatomy, physiology, how to safely teach and format a class
In class and at home practice of yoga and mediation

What does our program cost?
We offer four payment options. There is a 3% tuition discount for paying via check or cash
Register before designated Early Bird Registration
Pay full amount ($3,000)
Register after designated Early Bird Registration
Pay full amount ($3,500) by/on program start date. The $100 applicaton fee will be applied to the tuition payment. Upon acceptance into the school a $500 deposit must be submitted within seven days to hold a place for the student. The remaining $2,900 is due by the first day of training. Total payment: $3,500
Two payment option
There is a $100 fee for this option. The $100 application fee will be applied to the tuition payment. Upon acceptance into the school a $500 deposit must be submitted within seven days to hold a place in the class for the student. Pay $1,800 by the designated date (depending on program start). Total payment: $3,600
Four payment option
There is a $200 fee for this option. The $100 application fee will be applied to the tuition payment. Upon acceptance into the school, a $500 deposit must be submitted within seven days to hold a place in the class for the student. Pay an additional $325 before or on you first day of training, $925 due by designated date, $925 due by designated date, and final $925 due by designated date. Total payment: $3,700
has been teaching yoga since 2003 and has been a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner since 2012. In 2013, her passion for mind-body wellness lead her to pursue her studies with Ayurvedic Doctors in Coimbatore, India. Her teaching philosophy is balance the BODY, focus the MIND and enlighten the SPIRIT.
has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Juris Doctor in Law. Since 2009 he has studied yoga in Bali, Thailand and India and also with a Aboriginal Elder in Australia and a Shaman in Peru. His classes are a playground where growth of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self are encouraged.
has taught yoga since 2007. She holds a 200 hr yoga certification, a Master’s Degree in Education and is the founder of Santosha Fitness. She teaches with humor,
professionalism and kindness towards all. Her classes have a light hearted energy with focus on breath, anatomy and balance.
