Julie Amundson loves to learn and share her knowledge. She came to yoga as a physical therapist with an interest in learning more about alternative forms of healing and exercise. In Yoga, she found ways to further improve the body’s strength and function. Julie discovered yoga to be an essential tool for finding one’s authentic self. We come to the mat for many reasons; but we find the answers, for the questions we seek, are within ourselves. Our culture tells us to suck it in and tuck it in, but on the mat we gain the strength to find ourselves as we are meant to be. With yoga; mind, body, and soul come together beautifully. Julie guides others to find their optimal health and wisdom through this ancient practice.
