Lisa Nelson Brandon, RYT
Lisa believes in the power of yoga to transform the way we move through the world. She concentrates on alignment and helping students find a greater sense of ease and happiness in their bodies. Her refreshing style blends traditional hatha and modern flow to create a class experience that is both accessible and uplifting.
Lisa has 25 years experience in the fitness industry and has been teaching yoga since 2000. She completed her 200 hour RYT with Alignment Yoga in Madison, Wisconsin and also holds certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Associations of America and the Arthritis Foundation.
When not in the studio, Lisa might be found enjoying time with her son, singing, advocating for local sustainably-produced food or enjoying the outdoors.
